{"id":1851,"date":"2025-09-09T00:56:15","date_gmt":"2025-09-09T00:56:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lanoticia507.com\/noticia\/?p=1851"},"modified":"2025-09-09T00:56:19","modified_gmt":"2025-09-09T00:56:19","slug":"las-personas-con-discapacidad-deben-poseer-carne-para-descuentos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lanoticia507.com\/noticia\/las-personas-con-discapacidad-deben-poseer-carne-para-descuentos\/","title":{"rendered":"Las personas con discapacidad deben poseer carn\u00e9 para descuentos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Ley 134 del 31 de diciembre de 2013,&nbsp;<strong>establece que todas las personas con discapacidad debidamente certificadas por la Secretar\u00eda Nacional de Discapacidad<\/strong>, dentro del territorio nacional, sean paname\u00f1as, residentes permanentes, temporales o no residentes, tendr\u00e1n derecho a una serie de descuentos, informa la Autoridad de Protecci\u00f3n al Consumidor y Defensa de la Competencia (Acodeco).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Para atender, de manera efectiva, las denuncias presentadas por alg\u00fan incumplimiento de esta ley, es necesario que las personas con discapacidad posean su debida certificaci\u00f3n o carn\u00e9 concedido por la Secretar\u00eda Nacional de Discapacidad, para hacer uso de estos beneficios.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Sin embargo,<\/strong><strong>la Acodeco exige que el listado de descuentos est\u00e9 exhibido en todos los comercios se\u00f1alados.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos descuentos, son:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Televisi\u00f3n por cable e internet, 25%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hoteles, moteles y pensiones: lunes a viernes, 50%; viernes, s\u00e1bado y domingo, 30%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actividades recreativas y de entretenimiento, 50 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Tasas de aeropuertos, 50 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumo de agua, 25%.\u00a0<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ata\u00fad, urnas y servicios funerarios, 20 %,\u00a0 entre otros.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Medicamentos en las farmacias, 20%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fisioterapia, fonoaudiolog\u00eda o terapia ocupacional, 20%-<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pr\u00f3tesis y \u00f3rtesis, as\u00ed como aparatos y accesorios de ayuda t\u00e9cnica y tecnol\u00f3gica para la comunicaci\u00f3n, 10%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica (hasta 600 kilovatios hora), 25%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recreaci\u00f3n y entretenimiento, 50%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transporte p\u00fablico (buses internos, interurbanos, trenes, lanchas y barcos), 30 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasaje a\u00e9reo, 25 %.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restaurante 25%, restaurante de comida r\u00e1pida 15%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hospitales y cl\u00ednicas privadas, 20%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consulta de medicina general, especialidades m\u00e9dicas y quir\u00fargicas, 20%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servicios m\u00e9dicos, t\u00e9cnicos de la salud y por cada intervenci\u00f3n quir\u00fargica, 20%.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pasaporte, 50 %.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cabe destacar que, a diferencia de la Ley 6 de 1987 (beneficios para los jubilados, pensionados y tercera edad), la Ley 134 establece un descuento del 25% para la televisi\u00f3n por cable e internet.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seg\u00fan estad\u00edsticas, desde el a\u00f1o 2014 hasta julio del presente a\u00f1o, se han sancionados 19 expedientes de quejas en primera instancia por faltas a la Ley 134 de 2013 de discapacidad, por un total de B\/.6,050.00.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Acodeco y la Autoridad Nacional de los Servicios P\u00fablicos, seg\u00fan sus respectivas competencias, tienen la facultad de imponer multas que van desde cincuenta hasta cinco mil balboas, a las personas naturales o jur\u00eddicas que se nieguen a prestar los servicios en las condiciones y con las tarifas establecidas en la ley. &nbsp;El cincuenta por ciento de lo recaudado por estas multas ingresar\u00e1 al Fondo Rotativo de Discapacidad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toda denuncia, se puede hacer a trav\u00e9s del asistente virtual Sindi (Sistema de Informaci\u00f3n y Denuncia Institucional) que funciona las 24 horas los 7 d\u00edas de la semana, mediante el WhatsApp y Telegram al \u202a6330-3333, las cuentas de las redes sociales AcodecoPma en Facebook, X y la p\u00e1gina web de esta instituci\u00f3n.
