{"id":1928,"date":"2025-10-02T01:21:38","date_gmt":"2025-10-02T01:21:38","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lanoticia507.com\/noticia\/?p=1928"},"modified":"2025-10-02T01:21:44","modified_gmt":"2025-10-02T01:21:44","slug":"aprueban-uso-del-etanol","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/lanoticia507.com\/noticia\/aprueban-uso-del-etanol\/","title":{"rendered":"Aprueban uso del etanol"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Aprueban proyecto de ley que reactiva el uso del bioetanol al 10% en la gasolina El Consejo de Gabinete aprob\u00f3 hoy el proyecto de ley 24-25, por el cual se modifica la Ley 42 de 2011, que establece lineamientos para la pol\u00edtica nacional sobre biocombustibles y energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica a partir de biomasa en el territorio nacional. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un proyecto consensuado con la industria, las empresas petroleras y el sector agropecuario. Con ello se autoriza el uso de bioetanol anhidro como aditivo oxigenante obligatorio en mezcla con las gasolinas al 10% en la Rep\u00fablica de Panam\u00e1, de acuerdo con las disposiciones de esta Ley y las reglamentaciones correspondientes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con ello el impuesto al combustible mezclado con bioetanol tendr\u00e1 un impuesto homologado de 60 cent\u00e9simos por gal\u00f3n. El proyecto de ley establece que la Secretar\u00eda Nacional de Energ\u00eda tendr\u00e1 la misi\u00f3n de desarrollar, impulsar y ejecutar programas, proyectos y planes estrat\u00e9gicos para la
