ciudadan\u00eda que 28 pacientes afectados por un derrame de agroqu\u00edmico en Salamanca, provincia de Col\u00f3n, fueron atendidos en el sistema integrado de salud y se encuentran fuera de peligro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Del total de pacientes atendidos, 14 se encuentran registrados como asegurados y 14 como no asegurados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A excepci\u00f3n de un paciente que recibi\u00f3 egreso directo desde la policl\u00ednica, la mayor\u00eda de los afectados complet\u00f3 su periodo de observaci\u00f3n en el Hospital Manuel Amador Guerrero y ya ha sido dada de alta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Sistema integrado de Salud mantiene la recomendaci\u00f3n de vigilancia m\u00e9dica durante las pr\u00f3ximas 48 a 72 horas, ante la posibilidad de complicaciones respiratorias tard\u00edas asociadas a la exposici\u00f3n al plaguicida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Minsa reitera su compromiso de velar por la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n y continuar\u00e1 dando seguimiento a este
